Strong quarter for Insurance Solutions with SRE 1 of $2.9 million, up $3.0 million year-over-year, and $0.9 million as compared to the first quarter of 2026. Asset Management FRE 1 decreased to $1.4 million from $2.2 million in the prior year quarter, but increased $0.2 million from first quarter 2026

FRE of $2.6 million and SRE of $4.9 million for the first half of 2026, resulting in Segment Income of $7.5 million 1 representing a 69% increase, or $3.1 million, as compared to the prior year period
