At the Annual Meeting, held on May 19, 2026, the Kinetik Holding Inc. (the "Company") stockholders voted upon the following three proposals, each of which is described in more detail in the Company's definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 8, 2026 (the "Proxy Statement").
