Man Cave Health Returns With No Cost PSA Screening to Lehigh Valley Auto Show with Partners Pocono Raceway and the Prostate Cancer Foundation LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa.--( BUSINESS WIRE)--The Lehigh Valley Auto Show showcases innovation, creativity, and automotive excellence, drawing car enthusiasts from across the region. This year, it will also put men’s health in the spotlight with free prostate cancer screening and education from Man Cave Health, in partnership with Pocono Raceway and the Prostate Cancer Foundation.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men, and screening starts with a simple PSA blood test. The coalition’s partnership last year shows why screening matters—among 300 men tested during the Auto Show, 10% had elevated PSAs requiring follow-up care. Diagnosed early, prostate cancer is 99% curable, but most men have no symptoms until their disease has spread, making PSA screening crucial for early detection.

“We’re thrilled to join forces with the Prostate Cancer Foundation and Pocono Raceway to continue expanding awareness and access,” said Chris Masters, Executive Director of Man Cave Health. “Our message is urgent and clear: early detection saves lives.”

Experts recommend starting prostate cancer screening by age 45, and by age 40 if men have a family history or are of African American descent. But a recent survey by the Prostate Cancer Foundation showed that up to half of men are never screened, highlighting the importance of screening events like this one.

Ben May, President of Pocono Raceway, said: “Pocono Raceway is thrilled to again partner with Man Cave Health on both off-site and at-track prostate screening events. Community, Excellence, and Family are words found in our mission, vision, and core values—and to have a purpose-driven partner in Man Cave Health is something we embrace. We encourage all men to take the initiative to get screened. Screening saves lives.”

“We're proud to partner with Man Cave Health and Pocono Raceway to bring life-saving early detection services to an event that men already love,” said Gina Carithers, President and CEO of the Prostate Cancer Foundation. “One in eight men will have prostate cancer in their lifetime, and for men of African American descent, the rate is one in six. By meeting men where they are—whether at a racetrack or an auto show—we’re breaking down barriers to screening and helping men take charge of their health.”

As part of this collaboration, Man Cave Health is excited to work with Aequus Partners, Inc., a healthcare and operational efficiency consulting group with deep experience across laboratory diagnostics, medical device, pharmaceutical, and broader healthcare industries enabling Man Cave Health to execute screenings seamlessly and deliver meaningful impact in healthcare by expanding access to life-saving early detection services.
