On August 28, 2026, the Board of Directors of
Nixxy, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), terminated the employment of MeiLin Yu, the Company’s Chief Financial
Officer, effective immediately. A potential successor has been identified, and the Company will file a Current Report on Form 8-K once
such successor is appointed.
