August 6, 2026, Flash Sports & Media Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release highlighting a live shareholder

interview with Surendra Ajjarapu, the Company’s Chairman, hosted on Floorstocks. During the interview, Mr. Ajjarapu discussed the

Company’s sports-and-media asset strategy, current revenue generation through the Lanka Premier League and the FLASHSM app, and
