Item 8.01 Other Events—Announcing Increase in Cash Dividend provided under Items 7.01 and 8.01 of Form 8-K
On July 28, 2026, the Board of Directors of Community Trust Bancorp, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.65 per share beginning with the October 1, 2026 payment to shareholders of record on September 15, 2026. This represents an increase of 22.6% in the quarterly cash dividend. In addition to the quarterly cash dividend, the Board approved a
one-time cash dividend payment of $0.06 per share to shareholders of record on
September 15, 2026, also to be paid on October 1, 2026.
