Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

The Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of Kimco Realty Corporation, a Maryland corporation (the “Company”), was held on May 21, 2026. The

Company previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A on April 8, 2026 (the “Proxy Statement”) and related materials pertaining to the Annual Meeting. On the record date of March 23, 2026,

there were 674,403,212 shares of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.01 per share, outstanding and eligible to vote.

Approved, on an advisory basis, the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers as disclosed in the Compensation Discussion and
