The market is expected to register a compound annual growth rate of 5.72% between 2026 and 2031, supported by expanding tick habitats, longer transmission seasons, improved molecular diagnostics, and rising clinical awareness of tick-borne diseases.

Longer Tick Seasons Increase Demand for Babesiosis Treatment

The geographic range and active season of disease-carrying ticks continue to expand, increasing the population at risk of babesiosis. Lack of an FDA-Approved Therapy Remains a Market Constraint
