On August 31, 2026, David Noerby Foss Kowalczyk, the Chief Financial and Operating Officer of LiqTech International, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to resign effective November 30, 2026. Mr. Kowalczyk’s departure is not the result of any disagreement between Mr. Kowalczyk and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
